I did this fitness program about a year ago, and I forgot to review it until now (unlike a lot of folks, I don't have all day to sit around reviewing stuff; I work for a living). They did really well by me, and I have been maintaining my new strength and endurance since the program pretty well, and I am a lot happier with my body and my health. Looks like their site is down?
