Kickboxing is one of the better things to happen to me over the past few years. I was getting to feeling like I was in a personal rut, but now I feel much better that i'm getting in shape, learning something new, and able to defend myself. I take kickboxing here and it's been a really great time. I never had so much fun in my life! I'm so glad I finally found some exercise that I enjoy. I'm getting in shape for the first time since I was young. It's really challenging but it isn't the kind of challenge that makes you feel like you can't measure up.
