I was in need of a pest control service some time ago. I found the Knockout Pest Control through a friend of mine, who introduced me to the manager. The people there were really polite with me, they did not rush into making me hire them or something. They were most helpful when it came to the whole extermination. They were professionals and quite quick at their services. The house has never been so clean and germ free as long as I can remember. I will definitely use Knockout Pest Control again, if I need to!

I called Pest Control and made the necessary payments beforehand. They were friendly and courteous but came almost two days late. While I do understand emergencies happen, and they offered to refund the money, I am not happy with the tardy service provided.
They promised me quality pest control but the shoddy work ensured that the pests stayed right where they were. There’s no response from them since.
Maybe, I had hard luck. I hope you have a better time with them. One advice – do not pay them before they complete the work.

After purchasing four apartments in Long Island to rent, I was shocked to discover the two of them were infested with roaches. I would never consider renting a home in such a condition and went into immediate action to get this problem dissolved and out of my hair quickly.
I contacted Knockout Pest Control after a friend recommended it to me. They assured me they were experts and could take care of the roach infestation quickly, however looking at the apartments I had my doubts.
My appointment was scheduled for the following week. I was provided a written estimate of the costs, which I paid before they even arrived. Ten minutes before time for them to arrice I received a call they were running behind and would be about half an hour late. Although this put me off schedule I agreed.
One hour later they showed up and apologized for the delay. They explained the procedures to me and quickly began working. They even offered me a nice discount for the inconvenience they caused me, which was great because most companies seem to think this isn't a big deal.
They explained to me that it would require two treatments due to the infestation, which was fine with me. Within a few days of the first visit I seen a big difference in both of the apartments.
The second visit went much better. They arrived ahead of schedule on this visit and again quickly got the job completed.
I was told that it could take several weeks for the infestation to be completely cleared up, but after about two weeks things seemed to be cleared up.
We went back in and cleaned the apartment to rid it of all of the mess the roaches had left behind. I waited a couple more weeks just to make sure, and thankfully, the problem is gone.
Although things started a bit rough Knockout made it all right in the end. I was very pleased with the prices and the discount they offered for their error, and should I have a pest issue in the future, will use this company.
