I'd been feeling down for a while and my therapist recommended I try getting more exercise. I never really was good at sticking to some kind of workout routine because I usually get really bored working out. She suggested jazzercise, so I gave it a try and it's actually been a really fun activity, and she was right, it has been making me feel better. I have more energy now, and I feel less anxious.
