I started pilates lessons because I have chronic pain and my physical therapist recommended it to help with my recovery. Since starting, my pain really has been a lot more manageable, and I'm starting to recover my range of motion. I think it's actually helping me get better. it's really enjoyable too, and the studio is very nice! They have a very pleasant environment here, and the instructors are wonderful, very patient.
