It's so fantastic I have finally found a gym where I enjoy working out! They have a lot of different types of equipment, and I can do both my cardio and weight training exercises here. The equipment is really top of the line too, the cutting edge stuff. Much better than the old, run-down equipment at the gym I used to go to. It was time to start getting into shape I finally decided when my sister came to visit and we all saw how fat she'd gotten. I don't wanna look like her, no way! Bought a membership here and have been coming in like clockwork. Doing my best not to fall thru this time with my efforts. The treadmills are great; they have a lot of settings and my workout never gets dull. It's a really pleasant place too and I always feel welcome. Hopefully I can stay motivated now and keep coming!
