“2012- Bible Art Summit” – SEVENTH annual exhibit

WHEN:
Saturday, October 13th - 1pm to 6pm Art Exhibition
Sunday, October 14th at 1pm Juried Awards & Raffle presentations

WHERE:

The People’s Church of Long Beach  (social hall)
111 Delaware Avenue  (between Park Avenue and the Bay)
Long Beach, NY  11561

This exhibit presents art taken from stories in the Hebrew and Christian Testaments of the Bible. The artwork entered will be by artists of all faiths in and around the Long Beach area and beyond. Admission is free. This is a juried contest exhibition with monetary prizes given to help fund the artist’s expenses. There will be three categories of contests, the children’s art group, the adult’s art group, and one contest for fine art, collages/3 dimensional, mixed media.

Any artist wishing to enter must bring their art between 6pm and 8pm on Friday the 12th of October in our church social hall. No nudes please.

In addition, we will have OUR FAMOUS MINI BARTER, home baked goods for sale and free coffee and tea. Winners will be chosen on Sunday after the awards.
