PUBLISHING GIANT STEVE FORBES ENDORSES

3rd DISTRICT CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE STEPHEN LABATE

Huntington, NY (September 19, 2012) – Publishing Executive and Editor-In-Chief of Forbes Magazine, Steve Forbes, today announced his endorsement of Stephen Labate for Congress.

"Stephen Labate would make a splendid member of Congress, especially in these turbulent times. He is motivated by the right principles and has the integrity and ability to serve both his constituents and the nation,” Forbes said in a statement.

In response, Labate said, “Steve Forbes is a dedicated supporter and friend of my campaign. It truly is an honor to have the endorsement of such a well respected political and business figure.”

Stephen Labate is the Republican and Conservative candidate for Congress in New York’s 3rd Congressional District. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and a Certified Retirement Counselor. He and his wife Leticia have twin 6 year old children.
