Long Island's Annual Fall Restaurant Week Returns, Nov. 4 - 11

It’s going to be another great week of dining on Long Island come this Sunday. Long Island’s Annual Fall Restaurant Week runs for 8 days from Nov. 4 – 11. There are over 220 restaurants participating, so you’ll have an abundant selection to choose from. This Restaurant Week provides for a three-course prix fixe dinner at $24.95 per person every night (except on Saturday where the offer is good until 7pm).

Here are a few prix fixe menu highlights:

Claudio’s Restaurant at 111 Main Street, Greenport – (631) 477-0627. It is offering a choice of Roasted Butternut Squash, Fig and Goat Cheese Salad, Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Thai Calamari and House Specialty Baked Clams for starters. For the main dish, you have a choice of Bacon-Wrapped Salmon, Baked Clam Stuffed Flounder, Grilled Center-Cut Swordfish Steak, Grilled Marinated Hanger Steak and Autumn Lasagna. And for dessert, choose between Warm Apple Crisp, Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding or Pumpkin Pie.
Carnival Restaurant at 4900 Nesconset Shopping Plaza, Port Jefferson – (631) 473-9772. It is offering a choice of Fried Calamari, Baby Egg Plant and Mussels Marinara for an appetizer. For an entrée, choose Chicken Rollatini stuffed with spinach and mozzarella served with marsala wine sauce with grilled eggplant and potato croquet, Halibut Mare Chiaro with shrimps and clams or Pork Chop Carnival with roasted potato and cherry peppers. And for dessert, you have a choice of Cheesecake, Cassota Cake or Cannoli.
Chi Bar, Dining Lounge at 103 Post Avenue, Westbury – (516) 385-3795. It is offering a choice of Chi Salad, Kung Pao Calamari and Kobe Sliders for an appetizer. For an entrée, choose Cognac Chicken, Tilapia or Saffron Shrimp Risotto. And for dessert, you have a choice of Chocolate Souffle, Midnight Mousse Cake or Banana Cheese Cake Spring Roll.
