East End Employment Expo Registration Now Open

Businesses seeking new employees are invited to register now for the East End Employment Expo, hosted by the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce and the Riverhead Industrial Development Agency.  The expo will be hosted at the Sea Star Ballroom next to the Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center in Riverhead on Tuesday, May 21^st, and will offer businesses in the area the opportunity to connect to job candidates and other businesses.  The event is free to attend, whether you’re a business owner or a job candidate, as long as you’re located in the Suffolk County Empire Zone.  Other Long Island businesses are allowed to attend as well for a fee.

Free advertising and space will both be provided, though space is limited and will run out fast, so register now if you plan to attend.  The deadline for company registration is May 14^th; job candidates are not required to submit a registration in advance.  If you would like to register, visit the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce website at http://www.riverheadchamber.com/ or call the Chamber Office at 631-727-7600.  You may also email the Chamber at info@riverheadchamber.com.  If you are attending as a job candidate, sign in when you arrive for a list of companies and job openings.
