DuraVac takes this industry seriously they are a member of the Vacuum Dealer's Trade Association. Vacuum Dealer's Trade Association has recently named Duravac the only company on Long Island that is certified by the association to install, repair and service central vacuum systems.

This certification process took over 3 years to complete, and includes the following:

Classroom Training - Hands-on field training Classroom tests

No complaints with the Better Business Bureau

Maintain all local licensing

No financial liens and have submitted bank account information

This process is ongoing, and must complete a number of continuing education classes every 2 years to maintain their status. Not only does the owner attend this classroom training, but so do the members of their team, to insure that your installation or repair is done right the first time.
