CHS Home Support Services Staff Member Honored for Living the Mission

Melville, NY – Ronnie Joyce, CHS Home Support Services, was recently presented with the Catholic Health Services (CHS) Living the Mission Award for exemplifying the CHS mission values of respect, justice, integrity and excellence.  A Lindenhurst resident, Ms. Joyce was nominated by her colleagues for her outstanding qualities.  For over 10 years, Ms. Joyce has been with CHS Home Support Services, a member of CHS, currently as Reimbursement Coordinator, in which role she has earned a reputation for her dedication and concern for patients, families, and colleagues.

“Ronnie embodies the 4 values of our mission,” said a colleague.  “Ronnie demonstrates respect for her colleagues and the company; she speaks kindly about everyone and is always professional and supportive when discussing the company.  Her work is excellent and she looks for ways to make things better for her department and the company as a whole.  Her integrity is unquestionable in her dealings with our patients, their information and in her advocating for a just outcome for them.  She volunteers/participates on several company committees.  She is a ‘go to’ person for both her department and other departments, always incorporating team work in all she does.”
