That is exactly why I will never ever go back to Wachovia. There IS nothing to replace the feeling that you are a respected client and that your money and your business are valued. Sometimes it seems like people forget that when a bank borrows your money, they are borrowing your money! They owe you decency, and that's the last thing you will get from a giant bank like Wachovia. Banking does not get worse than Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia). This bank has not changed a bit since Wells Fargo took over it a few years ago. I am ashamed that I stayed as long as I did before quitting in favor of a local credit union which is managed better and which actually knows the meaning of the words "customer service."

I could never patron a bank like this one again, even if I did receive good service. They have screwed over so many people with foreclosures, and are a major part of why our economy has gone so far downhill. Wachovia Bank is a bank that can help you with your loans and credit efficiently and without any haste. The cashiers are prompt and kind to the people, there are many offers regarding deposits and withdrawals which you should always check and there are some services that will actually make you some money instead of getting your money from you. There is nothing like getting the feeling of respect when going to a bank to plan your business loan. In Wachovia Bank I have that feeling every time I visit them for something. They have service in both English and Spanish, which is great since I am Spanish native speaker. They are open till five o'clock, which also serves me well, as I can plan my day and fit the visit to the bank anytime that is convenient.
