Verizon Wireless is a substandard service. Just like every other wireless provider in the area ... I am never going to be happy with my wireless service, am I? Why is it that every ISP/cell provider on the planet has to rip off its customers?

I lost my phone and came in here to get a new one. They didn't charge me too much and they had several different types to offer me. I went with the bare minimum. It's a lot fancier than my previous phone though, which was to be expected given that technology moves at a million miles an hour these days.
The service is the main issue with a stop at a phone provider; the guy working there didn't seem like he was trying extra hard to sell me stuff I didn't need. In fact, he actually saved me money. I asked him if there was anything which could be done to reduce my bill, and he managed to put me on some kind of a discount special for a few months. So that made up for the price of the new phone. The only reason this doesn't get five stars is that even though the guy working here was great, it's still Verizon, and they give me enough grief not to give them full marks.

I have been grappling with a few substandard wireless services lately. Verizon Wireless saved my day. I am really happy with their services and elated about downloading a 750 MB trailer in less than five minutes (my previous wireless service took me more than 15 minutes).
They have unlimited calling rates, their connectivity standards are superb, and there are no blocked connection hassles at all. They are America’s most reputed services and rightly so.
Since I’m a perfectionist and love having ‘picture perfect’ products, I feel they could work on image clarity during voice mail and video conferencing. Also, a couple of friends have reported some faults with package data connections. Compared to AT&T, their rates are expensive.
Other than these, which I do believe don’t make a difference in the long run, Verizon Wireless is an excellent service.
