Our experience here was so-so. The cost was all right and it was easy to pick up the truck. But turning it back in was a real pain. They took about forty-five minutes to process us. There was a line, not enough staff, and it was just ... slow. The customer service person took like fifteen minutes even once she got to me. I know they have a lot of checks and stuff to do, but it was a real pain. Share Your Review
