I came in here hoping to grab a coffee before work, but it was so crowded. I stood in line for like ten minutes, and when I finally got to the front, it felt like they took ages just to take my order, even though it was the simplest thing ever. I felt like I'd wasted a lot of time, so I bought a muffin too, because I was hungry. That cost me an arm and a leg. So I left twenty minutes later with an overpriced muffin and so-so coffee.
