I got a chronic sprain to my toe while I was playing field hockey. They call it "overextending." Anyway, it sucks. I'm not sure if it will ever get better. But I come here for physical therapy for my toe. Hopefully that will stop it from getting any worse, though I think it may be frozen. Share Your Review
