Why can't Rite Aid function a little more like CVS? I'm not saying CVS is an amazing chain, because it's far from it. But when I used to send my prescriptions to CVS, they were there automatically. The doctor would send them over, they'd check the computer, know I was coming in, and the prescription would just be there, ready for me. But when I go to Rite Aid, I have to call ahead like a day in advance, or they don't do it. It must be a business model thing, because it's happened to me at other Rite Aids too.
