I waited for twenty minutes for an appointment here. I thought that was ridiculous, considering I was not a walk in. I made that appointment weeks in advance. Other than that, I don't have any problems with anything. The doc was really great, and my new glasses are amazing. I just don't see why I had to wait so long. How did they get so backlogged?
