Our company's CEO was departing quite suddenly and we were left with the search for a new executive to fill some rather large shoes. We were referred to Pear Staffing by an associate; the company specializes specifically in finding executives, and they had a number of candidates they thought we might be interested in. After consulting with us about what we were looking for, they sent over a very bright and dedicated lady to learn the ropes during our former CEO's last couple of weeks.
