Sometimes I come into Payless, but other times it isn't that useful to me. It depends on what I need. When I need to replace my tennis shoes, they're perfect. They have a small-ish selection, but good prices, and I don't need the fanciest tennis shoes in the world, just decent ones I can afford. When I'm shopping for shoes which are dressy, fashionable and unique though, I usually go to a DSW instead, which has a wider selection of fashionable shoes. Share Your Review
