I hunted around for ages before I found this place. I was thrilled when I saw that Derek Panza was the guy running it. He's been amazing to work one-on-one with; I'm really glad I didn't settle for the first kickboxing school I found here. This has been an extraordinary experience.

Derek Panza is an awesome kickboxing instructor! I had never heard of him before enrolling (which made me feel kind of stupid after I started attending classes and realized I had a famous instructor), but he's really talented--not just with kickboxing, but also with instruction. Not everybody excels at both. He's the fourth kickboxing instructor I've had and also the best. His classes are the most fun I've had in ages!

Wow, it's amazing that Derek Panza lives and teaches right here on Long Island, and his classes are actually affordable. I thought of taking kickboxing for ages, but didn't commit because I know that there are just as many bad martial arts teachers out there as there are good ones (probably far more actually). I didn't want to sign up for some class only to find I'd paid a lot of money to learn how to fight badly. So when I heard about Panza's classes, I was like, "This is it, I'm IN." It's been very rewarding. He's as good at teaching as he is at fighting. If you're serious about learning to fight and want to train with someone with reputation, then check this place out.

How COOL is this. You can actually take classes from Derek Panza. That's right, the same Derek Panza who holds an undefeated professional record. This guy is extremely savvy and accomplished and he's known around the world. Turns out that he's also a very good trainer. It's really been an amazing experience being able to learn from someone who is this skillful at what he does - both kickboxing and teaching. I recommend his classes to anyone who is serious about learning and wants to train with someone with a real track record.
