This is the best yoga center ever. I am so serious. When you come here, you don't work out indoors in a depressing little gymnasium area ... you work out outdoors next to the vineyard in the fresh air! It is soooo awesome. This is yoga the way it is meant to be--in touch with nature and with yourself. It is a really wonderful experience. Give it a try if you wish your yoga was a little more atmospheric! They have moved to a new location. They're now located at Channing Daughters Winery. They have mats you can borrow if you don't have your own--nice ones too, high quality. The new location is really lovely; you get to do yoga outdoors under a tent which keeps off the sun, but lets in the breeze and gives you a nice view of the scenery. Basically, when you think about your ideal vision of what yoga should be like, this is it. Relaxing, challenging (but not too challenging), and really gets you into a different state of mind, enjoying the fresh air and the beauty around you. Yoga doesn't get better than this.
