More about us: patricia is an osteopathic physician specializing in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine. her career in the health profession began in 1989 as a nys licensed massage therapist. she received her osteopathic medical degree from the ny college of osteopathic medicine (nycom), and she completed a specialty residency in nmm/omm at st. barnabas hospital in 2006. dr. kooyman utilizes omm in her practice, treating all ages. each person's treatment is based on his or her unique history and treatment goals and beginning with a one hour initial consultation and treatment. subsequent treatments are 1/2 to one hour. We specialize in adolescents, adults, arthritis, asthma, back, children, colds, cough, digestion or intestine, disc problems, elders, emotional wellbeing, flu, headache/migraine, muscle aches, pain management, pediatric/healthy kids, pregnancy, sleep/insomnia, spinal problems, sprains, strains and stress.
