That's weird. Someone told me JC Penney closed recently, but I guess not! I just moved back to the city from some time in a little rural town where they didn't have stores like JC Penney. I remembered shopping here with my mother when I was younger, so I came back to see if I could find anything. It's still one of the better department stores in my opinion. They have a really nice selection at reasonable prices. Share Your Review
