Gyms have always been one of my favorite ways to make new friends and lose weight at the same time - and find friends I can lose weight with, who aren't going to look at me funny when I keep ordering salad at restaurants. The crowd at this gym is very friendly, and the gym has machines which are specifically tailored toward weight loss, as well as activities and classes you can sign up for to help you burn off those pounds. This is a gym which focuses on weight loss, as the name states. Have I lost weight here? A couple of dress sizes, yes! I like working out here. Inches OFF Women is a unique gym founded to take the inches of you. Now, I’m an outdoor aficionado, however, I love going to the Gym here since I get to socialize and be with women who share my physique. Overall, I have lost a couple of inches round my waist and I certainly say – YES, it works! And wow! Share Your Review
