More about us: i have worked with many individuals to help them overcome a variety of difficulties causing pain and discomfort. i see adolescents and adults, and treat both individuals and couples. in my therapy i use solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and classic psychotherapy, as well as jungian psychology. stress reduction and mindfulness as a way to reduce anxiety are also used. my clients suffer from differing problems, including anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship problems of all kinds, and adjustment disorders. in addition and i have specialties in helping people suffering from eating disorders and from sexual or physical abuse.
