This is a major gym chain, which I used to attend in Buffalo when I lived upstate. Hated Buffalo. Hah. That's why I moved here. They had a nice gym though, and I hoped that I'd find a gym I liked that much on Long Island. I was delighted to see that Gold's Gym was here too, and that they could transfer my membership straight over here and I could just keep paying the same basic plan. This Gold's Gym has proven itself to be just as good as the one I used in Buffalo. They have the same huge selection of bikes and elliptical trainers and free weights which I like so much, and the membership seems to be comprised of equally nice people. Have already met some friends by finding people to spot me during weight lifting. Their location is good too, and parking has never posed any problems. Share Your Review
