I operate an apartment complex in Brightwaters, and one of the biggest problems I used to have was keeping other people from parking in the spaces which are meant only for residents. Finally I thought, why not just hire a towing service to come around a couple of times a day? Eddie's swings by once in the afternoon and once after dark, and that alone has been enough to deter a lot of the problem people from coming around. I have him randomize the hours a bit, which keeps the schedule unpredictable and maintains order since no one wants to chance parking when he might come around. It's worked like a charm. A couple of months after starting out, my problems with that parking lot have been chopped in half. Share Your Review
