My friend talked me into going to dance classes with her. It was something i never had done before, and I didn't have much of an interest beyond hanging out with her when I signed up, but I have to admit i have been enjoying the classes a lot, and would probably do this even on my own. Dance classes are an awesome way to get some exercise. Do some cardio, but be creative at the same time and have some real fun. Plus, it's a social activity, and I like that. Much more social than some other classes I have taken in the past, like yoga. I am happier here. If you like hanging out with other people and being active, you probably would dig it.
