Not recommended. I thought that this was just going to be a typical yoga class, but they definitely have something else going on with their organization. I got the vibe they were hoping I'd sign up for the whole nine yards, but it's not my thing.

This is totally misrepresentative of what I was looking for in a yoga studio. They have some really dogmatic ideas going on here, and it is very structured. Not the fitness program I was looking for and i have moved on now.

This is not a normal yoga studio to get in shape or de-stress or any of that stuff. If you are a casual person who just wants to do yoga, then go somewhere else. If you come here, you will not only be disappointed, but you'll be lucky if you don't get brainwashed or ripped off. For those who don't know, Dahn Yoga is a huge cult with outlets all over the country (maybe the world, I'm not sure). Look them up and you will find out more. Do your homework, and you'll be glad you did.

Uhm, don't you people know that this organization is a cult? "Dahn Yoga" is like a big organization ... not one little yoga studio. And there have been all kinds of legal issues and lawsuits and stuff where people have sued them for all kinds of misbehavior. If you're thinking about going here, seriously do your homework first, and look up some of the stories about stuff that has gone on with this group. There are a lot of other choices as far as yoga studios in the area, where you don't have to deal with an organized religion, because that's what this is ... it doesn't market itself that way, but it is. Look it up before you decide to jump in headfirst. You'll thank me later.

Taking care of your health and spiritual balance is basic and vital for your whole life. You can not feel calm and complete, without having dealt with what is bothering you inside. Dahn Yoga is a place where your mind and body become balanced and start working together in harmony. You will love yoga once you have started lessons. The meditation is one of a kind, it gives you energy and courage to keep going. The people there are professionals, doctors and scientists that know all about yoga and science, both blended and combined perfectly. You will get fit and heal your mind at the same time, it is a real win win deal for each and everyone of us. I highly recommend taking up yoga as a hobby and going to Dahn Yoga to do so!

I didn't know a whole lot about yoga until I went to Dahn Yoga. I am learning new techniques, and it is helping me learn how to relax and relieve a little bit of the stress in my life.

This is a great yoga studio if you're looking to get in shape and de-stress. The school has a very holistic approach, which is perfect since yoga is all about uniting the body and mind for relaxation and meditation. One cool thing about Dhan Yoga is that they unite other practices with yoga. You can learn about energy healing and meditation here as well. This has really helped me to de-stress after long work weeks and to get into better shape too. I highly recommend Dahn Yoga if you want to improve body and mind and have a good time doing it.
