I was so frustrated! I tried to turn on my computer and it wouldn't start up. I couldn't get into Windows, it was a disaster. I took it in, figuring it was time to start researching new laptops, and woohoo, they fixed it!! I was surprised how fast they were too! It was working again in no time at all. Half my computers at work stopped working one day. After spending hours failing to get them back up online and running, I called these people up and had them come by to diagnose what was going on.
