I'm not really a fan of big banks, I'm more of a credit union gal, but I have to make an exception for Chase. I'm a little ashamed to admit it, but I think they have good service and I've actually had no problems banking with them. I can see they're trying hard to compete with smaller credit unions and local banks which offer more personal customer service.

Chase is a bank in NYC that I highly recommend. I recently added my wife, my mother and daughter too to the bank, and now, we operate all those accounts too. As long as we have Chase, we are never going to look at any other bank. That is how much we live them. Two years of having an account and no complaints at all is great indeed!
