This is an okay bank. Sometimes they are pretty crowded and their tellers can be a little slow, but they all know what they're doing and they are pleasant enough. I thought I was going to change over to a credit union, but it's been more than a year and I haven't felt any compelling need to go through with that plan after all. Great bank. They've been very easy to deal with, no surprises. I was a bit nervous at first when they told me I'd get fees for falling below a threshold every month, but I never did, and there haven't been ANY fees for anything else.
