I have bought and sold a property through this real estate broker--not the same one, but both of them were on the beach. It was convenient for me to relocate across the island, but I needed to be able to find a property which would cost about as much money as I could make selling my old house. I explained this goal and the broker came up with several possibilities which he thought would work and then we worked on selling the house. I was able to sell it and make enough money to put down on the house I wanted most! Share Your Review
