There was a dispute over whose land a tree was on. I wanted to trim the tree cause it was hanging over my driveway, but my neighbor said it was his tree. For some strange reason he didn't want it cut back, even though it scratched my car every time I pulled in my driveway. I called Bryan Wallace T Land Surveyor, and he came out and surveyed the property lines, and I was really happy in the end. It showed the tree was on my property. I no longer talk to that neighbor, but I did get the tree trimmed.
