More about us: with more than 20 years of experience in mental health, i began my practice in 1995, working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship conflicts. additional areas of expertise are the addictions, bereavement, stress management and chronic pain or chronic illness. the patient collaborates with me to obtain a complete picture of the problem so that we are able to plan effective interventions to treat it. i am equally comfortable with short-term therapy and more traditional long-term therapy.
