I needed to buy bulk balloon's for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration to use as decorations at the party and hand out to our guests when they went home. I bought the balloons from Balloon Boy. They had some really pretty balloons, not just your normal average stuff, but some really cool artistic designs. I had no idea balloons were an art form until now.
