Our company hosts a lot of meetings every year, and I think we fly in a couple dozen clients and business partners to talk to us on an annual basis. One of the things we like to do is help set up car rental services for our clients and partners to make the travel simpler to deal with. We work closely Avis throughout the year, and they have always been incredibly accommodating. They even give our clients a special discount, and believe me, they appreciate it. We will be doing business with Avis for a long time - probably forever.

Our mother in law was in town and didn't want to use public transit, and we only have the one car so we couldn't drive her around while I am at work. Didn't want my wife and her to be confined tot he house, so we rented a car for her (ma in law is not so well to do, so we forked the bill). The cost was expensive for a week. That's why there's a star off my rating. Otherwise, no problems. Good vehicle, no issues with it, no problems with customer service, and they did make everything really easy.
