They've been about middle of the road for me. I have a ton of complaints I could make, but they are no worse than Sprint, who I used to deal with before. Customer service on the phone is pretty much worthless, but the package they sold me is average. In other words, it's too expensive for what I get, but so would everything else be. So I'll stick until I find better.

You know what's scary? I was one of those people who was super, super ridiculously late making the move from dial-up to cable internet. Want to know why? Because my dial-up bill was like $40. With ATT. So naturally I assumed that faster internet would be even more expensive. Of course, it wasn't, but they never bothered telling me I could actually save money by moving up to a faster plan and adopting modern technology. Should I have figured this out on my own? Probably. I do feel a bit stupid. But could they have helped me make the transition? Yes, and they decided not to because it was more profitable to gouge me instead. That's what they thought - until I decided to find a new provider!
