I discovered this training center through my sister, who started going in to try and lose weight. She never did very well at that in the past, but she actually dropped a couple of dress sizes after she started working out at Atlantis and working with a coach who could give her personal advice. I didn't need to lose weight, but I always really wanted to learn yoga, and they offer yoga classes there. I started taking the courses and have had a blast. I can definitely say that you learn a lot more about fitness when you have some one-on-one attention and some personal advice. My sister still goes to her weight loss sessions, and she continues to have great progress. We both highly recommend coming in here if you are looking for a great gym or a personal trainer.
