The house that we live in is in great condition. the only drawback has always been the basement. It seems to be prone to wetness and getting all mouldy inside. There was a leak and that caused all the damaged floor and the smell that was appalling. We consulted with Arias Corporation and they suggested coming over to take a look. They located the problem and started fixing it right away. After nearly a year, the problem of leaking or wet and stinky floor does not exist anymore.
