Front desk assistance were Not knowledgeable in much of anything, matter of fact. My dog was fine, dermatitis and obtained a cut during grooming, but they wanted to rip me $70.00 for antibiotics and a 30$ shot( we are immunized, no idea about what was supposed to be in the syringe) as opposed to giving me scripts to fill at my pharmacy. Front girl had no idea of meds, reason, much of anything, and left me standing as they visited about personal events.
I waited to leave for 25 min ( dog is a nervous wreck, waiting room STILL empty,) 2hrs later, they wanted 12$ clean up fee? We made No mess, and the exam room floor was FILTHY with previous clients!!!!.
To expensive, front girl was rude and curt, the vet was ok,she was thorough on exam, but it's obviously a business. The want a bunch of extra fee's so be prudent and wait to see your vet if you can. Avoid if possible!!!
