This company started out great but after a few years started sending inferior equipment and their service went downhill fast. No body (that you can speak to) will tell you how to contact anyone in real authority. When you call their emergency number you have to leave a message and half the times they don't call back.. Now when I inquired about changing companies I am told that you are stuck with your oxygen company for 5 years if you are on Medicare. What a rediculous rule that is. They get paid by Medicare for 3 years and then are obligated to supply oxygen and maintain the equipment for an additional 2 years without getting paid. In other words they are paid up front for the first 3 years. Good luck once they stop getting paid. Share Your Review
