This was what I decided to try after about a dozen diets failed to do anything for me whatsoever. I didn't know what to expect, but it really has been a life-changing experience. I couldn't believe how many things I found out I was doing wrong, but my weight loss coach set me straight. Even the first meeting with my coach was really illuminating!

Losing weight on my own seemed like an impossible prospect. I guess I'm not unique in that regard. I don't want to go on about my problems though, I just want to thank A Weight Reduction Center for helping me to solve those problems. I've lost about thirty pounds since I started with them a year ago. Doesn't sound dramatic? Well, I guess it isn't. But that's hardly the point. The point is that for me, it's a world of accomplishment, and it means everything to me that I was able to lose those thirty pounds. I think over the next year how if I lose another thirty pounds, I'll be sixty pounds lighter than I was two years ago, and everyone will be able to see it!

I tried for so many years to lose weight to no avail whatsoever, and it was really getting me down. I stopped hitting the bars and clubs and stayed at home a lot, because I felt so unpresentable. Then someone referred me to this weight loss center, and I gave it a shot since it had worked for my friend. The personal counseling and advice I received made a huge difference to me, and I have actually lose about ten pounds since I joined five months ago. Doesn't sound like a lot? It sure as heck is for me. The movement is in the right direction, and I feel confident that in a few more months i will lose even more. I'm really glad I did this.
