The best yoga studio I have ever been to. The classes are really top notch. I have been doing yoga for years, so I don't know anything about classes for beginners, but the advanced classes I've been in have taught me so much. It's also a very nice place in general; here you really will feel relaxed and welcome. You never get a competitive vibe from the other students or from the teachers. The people who come here are here because they love yoga!

I just love this place! I have been taking lessons here, and what’s super cool is, they also have this juice bar, which is great for after a session when I’ve worked up a sweat and want something refreshing. Their juice is totally organic, and they have all these different types. I love the one that has the pineapple and the ginger and apple in it. Can’t remember what else is in it. They have smoothies too. And veggie juices! So delicious, and it’s awesome being able to have juice that is actually natural and good for me, and not loaded with sugar like the stuff at the grocery store. Awesome yoga studio, and delicious drinks!

I take yoga classes at The Giving Room every Friday night. It's a wonderful way to relax, unwind, and release the tensions which the week has created. Whenever I come around to Friday afternoon, I am always so excited to get out of the office and go to my class! It's great knowing too that I am supporting charity when I pay my course fees. I think it's really cool that they give money to people in need. Yoga studios are always filled with people who think they're enlightened beings, but how often do they live up to it? The Giving Room is special.

The Giving Room is a yoga studio which also supports local charities. I've taken several different classes through The Giving Room, not only in yoga, but also in reiki and tai chi, and I have had a wonderful time attuning myself spiritually and connecting with community members. I'm glad to know that there is an organization like this which is dedicated to bringing light and love to the LI community.
