A surprisingly tranquil experience at the dentist's office. It wasn't a walk in the park or anything, I mean, it was still a dental appointment ... but it was not torture, and that for me is pretty much all I'm looking for in a dentist. Usually when I go to dental offices for cleanings, it's a nightmare--my gums bleed, everything hurts like ***, and I leave feeling very angry and tired. This time? Totally different. My gums barely bled, and it didn't hurt much. I used to think it was me, but now I realize it was every dentist I went to in the past--totally incompetent.
