My biggest complaint about Pearle Vision is how long I had to wait for my appointment. When someone tells me "be here at 4 for your appointment," I expect the appointment to be at 4, not at 4:30 (although I should know better by now; how many clinics actually serve you in a timely fashion, ever?). So I waited until 4:30. Appointment was pretty standard. I needed a new prescription, and I spent the next half hour squaring the details of my order away. Took about three days for them to get my new glasses ready for me. It was a pretty average wait time as far as my experiences have gone. Share Your Review
