I have never been much good with computers. When ours started freezing and giving us a hard time, I didn't know what I was doing, and we needed to get back on track. Half the computers in our office abruptly started having problems a couple of months back, and we couldn't figure out what was going on. None of us are really computer savvy. We just need them to get by. We called these guys to come round, and they were able to figure out the problem (we still don't really understand what it was) and get things back to working again.
