I live in Bellmore and I have been driving by Cafe Symposio, without ever having the curiosity or being the mood to try and have a bite there. I once had an appointment with my attorney and he suggested that we went there for a quick snack and a beverage. I went there and ordered a fruit salad with yogurt and honey and some juice made of pomegranate. Well, they were both heavenly prepared and tasted so good that I could not concentrate on the job! Luckily, my attorney had the same problem, so we ended up prolonguing our meeting, so as to make ends meet. The fruits were so fresh, the honey so rich and pure and the yogurt so cool and velvet in texture that they all made a combo that rocked. The pomegranate was refreshing and blended well with the fruit salad. The prices were reasonable enough and I was convinced to turn Cafe Symposio in one of my meeting points and general hot spots of Bellmore! Share Your Review
